Need to return an item?

Designer Shackse strives to make our customers’ buying experience as positive as possible. We also understand that sometimes you may have to return the items you buy for various reasons. Our aim is to make this process as simple as possible for you.

The fastest way to make a return is to contact us visa our Instagram page and we will send you all the details needed to return an item.

Returns policy:

Our policy allows you to swap an item within 7 days of receiving it or using store credit within 14 days of you receiving it.

Returned items must be in the same condition as sent out, unworn and with all tags still attached, and in the original packaging.

For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for items that have perfume, makeup, body odour or cigarette smoke on. Any objects found within the returned item or inside pockets will be seen as evidence of use.

 Any item that doesn’t meet the criteria set out in the returns policy will be rejected and returned to the sender. Please note you could be asked to cover the delivery cost of rejected items.

 Sourced Items Return Policy:

Since we cannot get a refund from our suppliers, we do not offer refunds on any products that we have sourced for clients. So do make sure you are happy with all the item details provided.
