Authenticity

Are your designer items authentic?

Yes, all items are guaranteed 100% authentic. Authenticity is our number one priority, and we take pride in that fact. Every fibre, button and thread goes through our in depth authentication process by our experienced team to ensure its authenticity – we take authentication very seriously.

How can you sell so cheap if they’re authentic?

We mostly buy second-hand designer items in bulk from our suppliers all over the world, including Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Italy and Canada. This means that we can take advantage of bulk deals as well as the lower market prices of designer items in other countries. 

Furthermore, we buy designer items from private sellers who are just looking for a quick sale of their unwanted, pre-loved or new items.

Have you ever sold a fake designer item?

Absolutely not. We pride ourselves on having thoroughly processed every one of the items we have ever sold through our authentication process, and we ensure that all of our customers get to experience wearing authentic apparel at bargain prices.

Shipping and Returns

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer UK & International shipping.  UK shipping is next day (usually via Royal Mail special delivery) if you order before 3:30pm Monday - Thursday. If you order after 3:30pm on Friday your item may be delivered on either Monday or Tuesday. 

However, you can choose Saturday delivery if you order before 3:30pm on Friday at checkout.

What if I receive the wrong product?

A return exchange for the correct item will implemented immediately

Can you return an item after purchasing it?

We understand that occasionally you may need to return an item, and our aim is to make this process as simple as possible for you. We offer a seven-day-exchange or 14 days’ store credit if you’d like to return your designer item for any reason.

Exchanges must be completed within 7 days of receiving the item. Store credit must be used up within 14 days of receiving your item otherwise it will become void.

Returned products must be in the original packaging as sent out, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Return postage is at the buyer's cost and responsibility for the item remains with you, until it has arrived safely with us.

We highly recommend returning your items using a tracked and signed for service to ensure they arrive with us and to prevent them being lost by your chosen postal service.

For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have traces of perfume, makeup, body odours or cigarette smoke.

Do you offer a payment scheme?

We do not offer any payment schemes as we aim to keep a healthy cashflow to ensure we can get as much stock in for our valued customers as possible. This, however, is something we’d love to offer in the future.

Condition

What condition are the items in?

The condition of each item is stated on the products’ page. Designer items are either listed as brand new or pre-loved.

How do I sell to you?

On our website home page, click the button sell to us. Fill out the form accordingly, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote.
